Hi. I am a teacher at Ayudhaya Preparatory International School in Ayutthaya, Thailand. I have been teaching at AIS for nearly 3 years. My main teaching responsibilities are ICT (high school) and mathematics (upper primary). When I am not teaching I enjoy watching movies and playing guitar.

ICT Web blog Project (100 marks)

1.      Create a web blog with the following pages (25 marks):

 

a)      Design a Home page that will show your blog

b)      Create a Contact Me page that shows your email address

c)       Create a Map page that shows the following Google maps:

a.       A map showing where you live and other points of interest such as a local shop, a restaurant, sports facilities etc.

b.      A map showing where you go to school

d)      Create web blog categories for English, Social Studies, Health Education and ICT.

 

2.       Create a web banner and add web widgets to your blog (25 marks)

 

a)      Add some web widgets/gadgets to your web page.  For example you could add weather information or an interactive game.

b)      Add a web banner to your web blog showing your name.

 

3.       Create web content (50 marks)

 

a)      Add content to the English category.  This can be your English journal or any other completed class work.

b)      Add content to the Social Studies category.  This can be a project or completed class work.

c)       Add content to the ICT category.  Write about what you have learned in your ICT class.  You will need to write  about the following

a.       What you learned about creating a website.

b.      How did you create web widgets and web banners to your website.

c.       How did you create a Google map.

d.      How did you add content to your web blog.

 

 

Additional project work for M5:

 

1.        Create a Teachers’ Feedback web page

a.       Add a username and password to the page

b.      Add a web form using Form Assembly website.  The form should consist of a Teacher’s Name dropdown, a subject dropdown, a title single line and a multiline message.

All websites have some type of content.  Without content your website will not attract many visitors.  You need to add content to your website on a regular basis so that your visitors come back on a regular basis.
